We will gladly accept returns of any unopened and unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

In case you are not happy with your merchandise, please follow these simple steps:

1. Call (877) 467-4734 or e-mail us at Returns@MassageRegister.com and obtain an RMA # and the return address

2. Carefully package all items and mail them to the address we provided you with.

3. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise we will refund the purchase amount (minus shipping and a $10.00 handling charge) to the credit card that was used for the original purchase.

Gift Certificate Policy

After a Gift Certificate expires (six months from the date of purchase), Massage Register will charge $4.95 per month to maintain the Gift Certificate in our system. This charge will be deducted from the value of the Gift Certificate.
