Soften Cellulite with Massages
The warm weather, bright sunshine and ballparks filled with fans can only mean one thing: it’s finally shorts and bathing suit season!
This summer before hitting the pool to just hide behind a cover-up, consider getting a deep tissue, Swedish or if you only have a little time, a 30 minute massage before laying out poolside. A massage can increase your blood flow, make your skin more radiant and can help smooth out those unwanted bumps on your skin. Also, a massage can decrease your levels of stress hormones, and increase oxytocin, a hormone that is linked to contentment.
Many spas are also offering a cellulite massage which specifically rubs the affected area of the body in a certain way to soften the cellulite cells and loosen them over time. Eating lots of vegetables and drinking plenty of water this summer will also help reduce those unwanted lumps on your thighs and backside.
Feel good this season, and start your summer out the right way by treating your body to a massage. It’s a great way to look and feel good.
